Are you curious about what mindfulness is and how it may benefit you? Join us on Zoom for an overview of the components and benefits of a mindfulness practice, provided by Mindfulness Northwest.
This group meets once each quarter to explore topics related to living well while aging. Registration for one session will register you for all. The Zoom link will be the same for all meetings.
