Learn about posture exercise therapy with Grace Lambert, a Sequim-based posture therapist. Lambert was inspired to become a posture therapist through her own journey with chronic pain. Join us on Zoom to learn more about the gentle, corrective movements of posture exercise therapy.

This group meets once each quarter to explore topics related to living well while aging. Registration for one session will register you for all. The Zoom link will be the same for all meetings.
